Error when executing in Windows Powershell.

I got the following error when executing the windows commands in Powershell:
"PS C:\Users#########\DDoS-Ripper> cd DDoS-Ripper ls
Set-Location : A positional parameter cannot be found that accepts argument 'ls'.
At line:1 char:1

• cd DDoS-Ripper ls

•   + CategoryInfo          : InvalidArgument: (:) [Set-Location], ParameterBindingException
