Allow belated translation of `latest` to version

What happened?

I typed latest to select the latest available version that appears from the helpful in-line menu. I then forgot to choose it and manually moved the cursor elsewhere, which technically left the versions.props in a bad state since I now had a dependency pinned to latest.

What did you want to happen?

I would've liked some syntax highlighting to showcase that there's a latest hanging there somewhere (perhaps a different colour since it's almost become this reserved keyword by the plugin), and the ability to click on it to trigger the menu of version options. I had to manually delete a letter then type it again to re-trigger that.
