Question: Is it possible to define a variable that is used in versions.props and build.gradle

When using `substitute` commands in `build.gradle`, need to specify a version. Therefore, the version for a dependency is now declared in both `versions.props` and `build.gradle`. 

Wondering if it is possible to have the version declared in one place and used in both files? Thank you.
