Pandas version checks

  • I have checked that this issue has not already been reported.

  • I have confirmed this bug exists on the latest version of pandas.

  • I have confirmed this bug exists on the main branch of pandas.

Reproducible Example

Issue Description

ctrl-f for musl on the first page gives 15 results
for the second page gives 36 results.
ctrl on the 2.3.0 page for "-cp313-cp313-musllinux_1_2_aarch64.whl" gives no results but there are results on the 2.2.3 page.j

Expected Behavior

would like a wheel for musl / arm64
