@afuetterer now that we switched to YAML, this seems to significatly slow down server init (takes several minutes to load) I think we should switch back to JSON

I don't understand. Which part on what machine takes several minutes?

The main problem is loading/parsing of yaml from data/linked_vocabs takes much longer for YAML files during F-UJI init.
These files are needed to set up the namespace index in class LinkedVocabHelper . In a future version this probably should be replaced by a lookup method based on e.g sqlite
