Unable to download data.

I am trying to download the WeatherBench dataset from the link provided on the website (https://dataserv.ub.tum.de/index.php/s/m1524895), but it seems to be unresponsive right now. I have tried multiple times over the past few days but have been unsuccessful in accessing the download link.

I would really appreciate it if you could take a look into this and help me with an alternative way to access the dataset.
