How to setup an Etherscan endpoint?

First of all, thanks for the tool! I find it very useful!

Is it possible to setup an Etherscan endpoint with it? As far as I see [there are](https://github.com/paradigmxyz/mesc/blob/5d8b4f77dd34087bc400c40213843d5ebd9cf6ce/go/pkg/mesc/endpoint/io/serialization/example.test_json#L27) some fields for that but it's not clear how to setup and use them. Could you help?
