Adjust benchmark script to exclude empty values #654

Some benchmarks do not perform all passes and therefore have empty data in some cases. See for example the "Lower" portion of the Optimism benchmark: https://github.com/paradigmxyz/solar/tree/main/benches#lower-11
In these cases, we should either exclude the table, or fill the table with N/A.
