With the move to the Otel eBPF-based profiler, the parca-agent got a new CI pipeline.
As part of that, the timestamp was removed from the container image tag.
We have two options to unblock parca-devel deployments again.

  1. Add the timestamp to the container image
  2. Update the automated deployments not to expect the timestamp

Unfortunately, I was unable to find it quickly and don't have the time to investigate fixing the automation script right now.
Where would we remove the timestamp usage from the pipeline?

ci: Update build tag to include commit timestamp (#3051)

This modifies the build workflow to append the commit timestamp to the
generated tag. It ensures better uniqueness and traceability of snapshot
image tags.
This can fix parca-dev/demo-deployments#327
