Extend luajit support for Angie

Angie is a fork of Nginx with Prometheus metrics support in its open source distribution. Its dynamic module ngx_http_lua_module.so and ngx_stream_lua_module.so also statically link with libluajit-5.1.a, so something like commit 055d7cf is needed.

P.S. This may also apply to dynamic modules for Nginx.
