OZ contracts should be a submodule

We don't modify any of their code anyways. We also want to be able to test against multiple versions.

We do make modifications to their code. We had to update the logic for helpers that only work with the hardhat network (which we are not fully compatible with yet) so that they change their behavior when they are connected to our network. This is the reason why it takes so long to run with us. We also had to remove tests that weren't compatible with PolkaVM (e.g. tests containingprevrandao and coinbase). The contracts themselves were not modified, but the tests were to adhere to the restrictions of working with PolkaVM.

I see, but IIRC we are on to fixing this so that no changes are required?

Tests using not supported features can just be ignored.

Correct, once we have that support we can convert this to a submodule. For now, we need to keept it as is due to the amount of changes we need to do.
