pallet-revive-eth-rpc versions

Why does the pallet-revive-eth-rpc binary version not change between builds. For instance on polkadot-stable2506-1 it was v0.7.0 and on polkadot-stable2506-2 it still has the same version number.

Do I also need to keep on building the binary for every release?
