State tracing next steps

This issue is to track follow up work for #383

Ideas for next steps

1. Allow tracking of aribtrary storage items i.e given a storage item prefix (and possibly map keys) return all the storage trace events with the storage item decoding
2. Building off the above, for arbitrary storage items that are associated with an address and have numeric fields, dynamically create Operations
