As far as I understand, the cloud SDK is pretty agnostic regarding where we upload results, and I'm almost sure that we're not uploading them to S3. We should fix this.

Yes indeed the SDK is agnostic to that, we can remove the references if needed. FYI the results are uploaded to gcp cloud storage
