Help page reg. deleting users / missing content

Hi PB team,

Reg. this page, it's curr. unclear how to proceed with user accounts, which need to be recreate: docs/admin/user-provisioning/delete-user.mdx
So with the Pro version, you've AD-linked accounts of course; now if users forget / don't want to activate "Account recovery by IT" and loose access, it's unclear how to proceed.
I'm guessing something like:

• Delete from the relevant AD groups
• Sync PB to AD
• Delete manually from PB, since I think it's not done autom. at sync (remains like a local account or similar)
• Sync PB again to AD, to make sure?
• Add user to AD groups again
• Sync PB to AD...

But that's only an assumption, I'd like some feedback / updating of the relevant page, @stripthis do you happy to know, what's best practice here (since you wrote the page afaics)?
