The operation failed with the following error:

Unable to reach the server, an unexpected error occurred. I am use passbolt latest version with let's encrypt https traffic but not connect windows app. I am only connect web browser and browser extension.

Hey @gokaydikiciii,

Actually we are working to this error to provide more informations to the end user when it is happening. Until that can you provide me more informations :

  • Which version are you using ?
  • Which package is used ? Windows store, msixbundle from github, sideloading ?
  • Which API version used ?
  • It was working when you have installed the app or after an update ?

In any case it is possible to clear the credential locker from the web credentials entries created into passbolt domain. Then reimport the account kit and let us know if you have a new validation error, actually the import process provide more informations.

Hey @gokaydikiciii

A new debug tools has been released to support this kind of use case : See the release download.

Is it possible for you to download it and check if you have any error on the devtools, networks perhaps ?
