DoH3 Support and More On-Demand Support

I wish I had discovered this app much earlier! Already have it installed on my iOS and macOS devices. Purchased and donated, but would donate more if there was a Windows app available.

Two suggestions:

(1) Please develop support for DoH3.

(2) With on-demand, I wish there was a way to specify both an exclusion AND inclusion. For example, when connected to my travel work network, I would like for it to be in split tunnel mode. When connected to other networks, I would like to have it in full tunnel mode. I can use the same profile to route 0.0.0.0/0 to make it full tunnel. I would like this routing profile to be active when connected to any other network (i.e., public Wi-Fi). So basically, same profile that would exclude connecting to home network at all, include connections to work network to be split tunnel, and default to other networks being full tunnel (i.e., public Wi-Fi, Passpoint hotspots, etc.).

Also, would be nice for DNS fallback to have an option to specify a DoH/DoH3/DoT server for fallback instead of CloudFlare (for those of us who are Control D fans). If the VPN is disconnected or can't get DNS, then it would fallback to encrypted DNS from a provider the user specifies.

To be honest, I do not have plans for niche features (like DoH3) because I have plenty of primitive tasks to tackle first. Surprisingly, though, my current focus is expanding on non-Apple platforms. I've even just written a post on my initial attempts (it's quite technical):

Basically, I want to go "horizontal" on platform and providers support before going back to implementing new features. Multiplatform involves long-term decisions that would otherwise be hard to take later if I go deep with features now.

Would love to see a Windows version! I also edited my first post to clarify what I meant by the inclusion/exclusion request. Would avoid needing to switch between different profiles to get full/split tunnel.
