Requirements.txt needed

I hope this meets you well and in good health
I think a requirements.txt definately has to be added.
If you give me permission I'll do just that.

modules like sentencepiece, protobuf (On a local machine) are needed for the pipeline module to run.

so it'll basically just be updating the requirements that you wrote earlier in the readme
