V6 codemods do not run on windows #798
Description
We should update the v6 codemods to support windows if possible.
A suggestion from a consumer that ran into this issue and reported it in https://github.com/orgs/patternfly/discussions/7020:
the paths in the cache files are correct in the linux environment,
/home/usr/web-console/src/Core/Command/Command.ts
but in the windows one, you end up with double slahes.
