Multiple Repeats just Repeats Once #1099
Description
The abc standard supports multiple repetitions of a section. E.g., a section enclosed between |: :| should be played through a total of two times, while a section enclosed between |::: :::| should be played through a total of four times. In the audio synthesizer, though, a section enclosed between |::: :::| only plays through twice total, as if it were enclosed between |: :|.
