IE View does not work in Firefox 19

Unfortunately IE View no longer shows up in the menu with Firefox 19, even though its latest version was issued after Firefox 19 was released. I really miss it!

Hi - I'm sorry for the issues, but I'm no longer involved with IE View's
development. The folks who took it over haven't yet updated all the
contact information and removed the links to me, and I'm not sure what the
new release is about. Even if I knew what the problem was, I no longer
have access to update IE View at the Mozilla add-ons site.
