Add filter reset button and make filter edit box wider

Hello.
Please, make it so when little "X" is pressed to clear the content of the filter edit box, then the filter change is applied automatically (without the need to press enter or F5).

Either that or please add an additional toolbar button to completely clear/reset filters.

Also, the global filter edit box (the one inside the toolbar) is MUCH too narrow (especially if using SQL filtering), please make it wider ie. 4 or 5 times wider.

This is duplicate of #5339

This filter field will expand as you type text in it, but not to 100% of the window, just a little. If you need to type long SQL conditions, you probably should consider using SQL Editor and typing SELECT with conditions there.
