PCFX module no longer plays CD music, since release 1.3

Somewhere between release 1.2 (November 2023) and 1.3 (September 2024), the PCFX module's CD audio stopped being output.

This still works on PCE, the CD player core, and others; only PCFX is affected.
...And the virtual disc works, but the audio is no longer being played to the speakers.
