JELLYFIN can't start

I installed embey first on Qnap ts453xeu and its working fine... also I change the default port. after that I install the jellyfin unfortunately this application not opening well.. I think default port is 8096 (jellyfin ).
I tried many times to uninstall the software and installed but ...

any one has idea about what happened ..

did you use the jellyfin_10.10.5-01_arm64.qpkg one ?

(note that the store is installing the x64 one)

can I get the link of above installer (.qpkg )
bcz I installed first jellyfin_10.10.3-01.qpkg ( amd64/x64) ffmpeg 7 , then I uninstall it and now I installed. jellyfin_10.10.3-01_arm64_ffmpeg5.qpkg)arm64 ffmpeg 5.

After the installation , same problem exists .. what can I do ?

In your NAS, in the installation folder, you shall have some logs
/share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/jellyfin/logs (CACHEDEV1_DATA depending on which drive you installed)

You can try also to start it manually
In /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/jellyfin/, launch ./jellyfin.sh start
