Error updating public suffix list in 8.2.1

After updating from 8.0.2 to 8.2.1, we're seeing this error when trying to update the public suffix list:

> pnpm exec parse-domain-update

parse-domain update failed: AssertionError [ERR_ASSERTION]: Public suffix list is shorter than expected
