"Template is missing an email file, upload and create new email" #403

Hi, I have installed phishing-frenzy on Ubuntu 16.04 following your tutorial.
I can run the web server and log into but when I try to test or deploy a campaign there is "Template is missing an email file, upload and create new email" displaying.
However, I do have the two templates provided by default and I take the trouble to select the second "eFax" in case. I successfully installed it the first time, without error. The database has been initialized the first time without any problems.
Also, each time I go to create a campaign, I have this notification : "No template has been selected for this campaign".
I wanted to find a similar issue on your github but can't find any solution.
Can you help me plz ?
