PMM3 support
Problem:
EVEREST-1853
PMM3 support.
Everest should support both PMM2 and PMM3.
Changes in this PR:
.status.pmmServerVersionfield is added to the monitoringConfig CR to keep tracking the version and create secrets accordingly.everestrepo to this repo to avoid code duplication and have a single point of truth - we need some elements of this logic in this repo as wellRelated pull requests
