Feature Request: Enable percona-scheduler-admin integration in PXC Operator

Proposal

It seems K8SPXC-1071 was reopen, but the requirement to support percona-scheduler-admin in PXC is still very real and pressing for us.

Our main concern is that we need to use percona-scheduler-admin to manage ProxySQL (for example, to implement and automate changing the WRITERS_ARE_READERS logic, see K8SPXC-553).

Could you please reconsider supporting percona-scheduler-admin, maybe by reopening this ticket, or by creating a new one to track it?

Use-Case

We want to use ProxySQL and percona-scheduler-admin to allow read queries to be distributed among all replicas, while all writes go to the primary. This setup is critical to improve read performance and scalability in our production environment.
Currently, without support for percona-scheduler-admin, we are unable to fully automate ProxySQL management for this scenario inside Kubernetes with the PXC Operator.

https://perconadev.atlassian.net/browse/K8SPXC-735 in the next PXCO release. Under this task, I think we will do this integration.
