Database/Username N/A in QAN with RDS

Issue Description

After configuring PMM for an RDS instance to use QAN (Query Analytics), the Database and Username fields show as "N/A" for all queries in the QAN dashboard.

Configuration Attempted

1. Performance Schema enabled in RDS parameter group:
