"Unable to fetch clock state" error when NTP not available

Observed in one of my testpoint 5.2.2, Debian12 hosts that stopped working properly because NTP failed.

If you can reproduce this, can you have a look in the pScheduler log and see if there's additional context with the error, specifically the file and line where it happened?

I'm going to push this out to 5.3 since I can't duplicate it and don't have data from the misbehaving system's logs.

pscheduler log contains no more information after running the command than:
