solo alignment dowel conflicts with pcb cutout #2

Right now the hole for the solo alignment dowel protrudes through the PCB cutout, on assembly it's easy to push the dowel to far, also means it's not properly fixes, as it can be pushed.

I can move the cutout up slightly
