On the problem of start_rotation in the dataset

Hello, thank you for your datasest. There is a place that I don't understand. There is a start_rotation in the dataset. What do the data in it mean? There are four values in it. If it's a quaternion, how do the four values correspond to x, y, z, w? Thank you.
