Version 9.10 Query Tool -- Typing Lags Due to Autocomplete #9370

Describe the bug
In the latest version (I am using a snapshot build from 11/14/25), typing in the Query Tool is laggy with lots of hesitation. This seems to be due to autocomplete being slow to look up suggested values.
To solve this, I have turned off autocomplete in Settings.
To Reproduce
Make sure autocomplete is enabled in settings and type as usual.
Expected behavior
I expect minimal lag or hesitation when autocomplete is enabled.

- pgAdmin version: 9.10 snapshot build from 11/14/25
