Сan't install on Debian 13

I can't install the pgAdmin 4 package (via APT) on my computer with Debian 13 operating system because the following error occurs:

Err:5 https://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/pgadmin/pgadmin4/apt pgadmin4 Release
  404  Not Found [IP: 151.101.195.52 443]
Error: The repository 'https://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/pgadmin/pgadmin4/apt pgadmin4 Release' does not have a Release file.
Notice: Updating from such a repository can't be done securely, and is therefore disabled by default.
