General Issue: Replace XXBLFL with XXLOBXFL #119
Description
Background Information
In the SDTMIG 3.3 the new variables XXLOBXFL were introduce, which should replace the XXBLFL variables.
The test data should be updated accordingly. The domains eg, lb, and vs are definitely affected. It should be checked if other domains are affected.
Definition of Done
In all domains the variables XXBLFL are replaced by XXLOBXFL.
