[Feature Request] Remove Microdown From Pharo

Microdown is used in many external other projects with different configurations than the version shipped into Pharo.
Now this is HYPER painful to manage it because of crucial lack of working behavior the package loader.
So I want to remove Microdown from Pharo base.
This is too painful for me to manage all the projects with that level of ad-hoc behavior.

pillar-markup/Microdown#967 is an example of the kind of kirks we have to do.
Let us face it Pharo is not good enough to manage this.
