[BUG] Fix failing tests in PR 2267 #37

Describe your problem in detail.
We're still failing quite some automatic tests in bids-standard#2267.
We should look into it and fix what is not working. Potentially updating our master to be synced to theirs may already help, but worth looking at Chris' comments.
