`rss-to-email`: make feed description configurable

`rss-to-email` shows the description of the feed and of each item.

For each item this is okay IMO, but I want to remove the (sometimes very long and full of HTML tags) feed description, so it would be nice if a new configuration option would allow disabling it.

I imagine something like:
