The exact documentation states you can: Add CustomDescriptionLanguage='[ NL | FR-BE | NL-BE | ... ]' to the header to retrieve language sensitive properties such as descriptions in a specific language.
How can the exact-php-client accept such a parameter?

This can be done using the middleware of Guzzle. A quick example should be:
