Azure entra external id #311
Description
When using azure entra external id the endpoints used are hosted on other domains.
That meas that https://login.microsoftonline.com becomes https://{tenant-subdomain}.ciamlogin.com.
A fix might be to add an optional tenant-subdomain parameter in the constructor.
