[Redirects] - Implemented search specific filter as we have it in Translations

I have implemented the search as per the API docs but somehow it does not actually filter and just returns the same array - see screenshot

All data are returned because seatch term has to adhere to certain conditions (same as in the classic UI):

  (either pass the redirect ID or source URL)

  host has to be a site in your pimcore installation

The difference is, that in classic UI if the filter value does not match any conditions, it adds "dummy" conditionto filter out all values: https://github.com/pimcore/pimcore/blob/12.x/bundles/SeoBundle/src/Controller/RedirectsController.php#L151

I skipped this initially but I added it now so we have the same behavior ...
