[User management] Workspace settings are missing

Some workspace settings are missing in the GET request for a user.
We always get 'list', 'view', 'publish', 'delete', 'rename', 'create', 'settings', 'versions', and 'properties', but in the classic UI bundle, there are additional options for documents and objects.

I added the missing workspace settings for documents and data objects
I also added new endpoint /pimcore-studio/api/class/all-layouts which lists all layouts for this view:
