Update quickstart notebook to match the quickstart doc (#416)

## Problem

Quickstart notebook is out-of-sync with the quickstart in our docs.

## Solution

Update the quickstart notebook.

- New dataset
- Uses integrated embedding and reranking
- Links to other resources for improving results
