Error in glue(.Internal(R.home()), "library", "base", "R", "base", sep = .Platform$file.sep)

Hi,

I tried installing STREAM as followed by instruction but completely failed.
So I tried another way, which is explained in https://kts-research-blog.com/2023/05/25/how-to-install-stream-for-trajectory-inference-in-single-cell-rna-sequence-analysis/.
However, I got error as below.

$ python3 setup.py install
Error in glue(.Internal(R.home()), "library", "base", "R", "base", sep = .Platform$file.sep) : 
  4 arguments passed to .Internal(paste) which requires 3
Error: could not find function "attach"
Error: could not find function ".libPaths"
Error: object '.ArgsEnv' not found
Fatal error: unable to initialize the JIT

If you all have any solution, please let me know.
