Yes it is ,you can use datachannel transfor h265 raw frame edge or chrome use webcodecs ,please see my project h265 webrtc player just wasm decode

H265 is fully implemented now!

You can send it with commit 99dcc6b

You can receive it with 7004fbb. If you need to depacketize it use H265SingleNALUPacket

Hi, only H265SingleNALUPacket works? IDR frame is too big to feed in one rtp packet, how to handle it? I tried H265FragmentationUnitPacket, it's full of bugs.
