CDK deploy issue for Windows user

I've been stuck on the cdk deploy part for two days now. I can get to the point where I get the cdk deploy url from my vs code terminal. But once I click the url link it gives me an "internal server error". I've tried trouble shooting with AWS CloudWatch logs and Copilot but no luck so far.

Have any Windows users had success with this project? Particularly with running the cdk deploy, adding /docs to the provided url and then getting a successful execution FastAPI? If so, did you have to tweak anything in your Dockerfile, app_api_handler.py, or rag-cdk-infra-stack.ts to get there?
