Changing file name from "CONTRIBUTING.MD" to "Contribution.md". #1748

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A file named "CONTRIBUTING.MD" needs to change the file name to "Contribution.md".

Describe the solution you'd like
Just rename the file name from "CONTRIBUTING.MD" to "Contribution.md".
