Sometimes it works and sometimes not

I installed the plugin and with could call to a contact successfully.
With another contact it will not work and i can't find out what the problem is.

I checked the format of the phone number, but there is no difference to the working contact number.

Any idea what's the problem is?

Thanks for your report. Sorry it took me so long to respond.
I'm currently investigating the issue. Do you have any further information for me such as your operating system. Or are there any other differences between the phone numbers where it works and where it doesn't?

The plugin currently works well for me. So if you have any more information where it fails please provide me with it. Otherwise I would be inclined to close this bug report soon.

For example, i can not call to 09161 8920290 (it's a business partner of me). An other friend of me has the same problem, when he tries to call me 09151 7269906

After the update to mavericks no call works anymore :-(
I think apple changed something ...

There is a Sandbox problem with Mavericks.
Contacts(35345) deny file-write-create /Users/username/Library/Address Book Plug-Ins/SipgateClickToDial.bundle/Contents/Resources/sipgate.pyc
any ideas ?
