I have 2 scene Collections: one is "A", another is "B"
When I launched the obs with "A", the Track monitor is working well.
But when I changed Scene Collection from "A" to "B", the Track monitor is not working. But the normal audio source's monitor is working.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Launch the obs with Scene Collection "A"
2. Click a headphone icon of Track1 to monitor Track1 in the Master mixer area. Then, this monitor will work.
3. In the Scene Collection menu, select "B".
4. Click the headphone icon of Track1 to monitor Track1. But this monitor will not work.

i can't repro at all; check that your sources have any tracks enabled.
On default sources should have all tracks enabled (the numbers 1 to 6). Might be that none are selected ?
