Both old and new version of 2702 was broken.
It makes the source and custom browser dock complete blank screen.

But very weird, only one dock was working.

The browser may be good? Looks all page load normal now.
But I saw it lock down the frame rate to use custom fps.

And a question, the FFmpeg AAC is completely not working? (Or maybe just work on the stereo?)

ok i had forgotten to enable shared textures so custom fps will be available again.
For the hotkey locale, it had not been copied in the data folder; so it's fixed now.
As to aac, no I don't confirm. I checked two recordings with 4.0 and 16.0 both with ffmpeg aac, at 512 kbs and 1024 kbs. I checked each recorded channel and they're all fine.

It can't use on streaming? Only record?

Of course it can. I used the recording in stream copy mode in order to check.

Of course it can. I used the recording in stream copy mode in order to check.

But when I start streaming, no audio output to the stream.
I test with 48kHz, 7.1 channel, 5120 kbps (all FFmpegs).
